Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping is $15. Orders over $500 ship free.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of delivered products.
Instances When We Won’t Reship or Refund
Package returned to sender due to customer error:
Incorrect or Incomplete Address, missing apartment/suite/unit number, typos or wrong ZIP code.
Undeliverable:
The address doesn’t exist, is incorrect, unavailable, inaccessible, or violates USPS formatting rules.
Addressee unknown:
No one by that name lives at the address and the carrier or resident marks it as such.
Refused packages:
Customer refused delivery for any reason.
Unclaimed:
The package wasn’t picked up within the holding period (usually 15 days at the post office).
